PM sweep complete β proactive check now active. If the engineer queue is empty and Phase 0 has unbuilt items, PM queues the work without waiting for you to prompt it.

Is there anything we've talked about and not deployed? Looking at the vision, what is missing that we could design or implement. Take a look at everything we've done and come up with 10 ideas to self improve please
Marvin

β
Not deployed (4 items): email fallback (blocked), options-helper Chunk B (spec locked), pinned status message, rollback test.
Vision gaps: 3 full-red pillars β all downstream of same root cause: PAP isn't proactively advancing work yet.
10 ideas delivered. Items 1, 3, 5, 6 are quick wins. Item 8 (failure pattern library) is highest-leverage long-term idea. Want me to start on any?

The biggest gap β you've said this a few times now and not fixed. Get this done please. Send me 10 more self improve ideas for PAP. Make them bigger in scope and potential value

β
Proactive PM fix deployed β Step 3 now runs advancement check before idle skip. Rollback test queued. 10 bigger ideas delivered.
Key pushback: the Step 3 fix helps, but without an event bus, PAP is still fundamentally event-driven. That's the honest architectural picture.

Can't we schedule a PM cron job to look for work and keep active until all the work is done?
Marvin

β
Yes, doable β PM self-triggers after completing work if queue still has items, drains until empty, then goes idle. Proposed as Level 3, waiting for your approval. Built and deployed mission control mockup to mockups.tolzman.com/pap-mission-control.html

Ok, can we update the mockup to a clickable prototype. No need for live data yet. Again I ask, should this be its own workspace?
Marvin
10:52 AM
β
Clickable prototype live at mockups.tolzman.com/pap-mission-control.html. All 5 tabs interactive, approval buttons work, agent drawers open.
On workspace: yes, own workspace. But first: standalone web app vs. Discord replacement are very different build paths β worth settling that before scoping.

11:18 AM
I'm not seeing a channel-based chat interface that would replace Discord in that mockup
Marvin
11:22 AM
π Adding it now β channel list + message thread. This is what you're looking at right now.
